Through my own experience and coaching others, I learned that progress rarely comes from making drastic changes or doing more. Real progress actually comes from doing a few key things consistently. Like many people, I tried pushing harder and taking on everything all at once just to see progress come to a complete halt. What finally changed everything was learning to stack small habits.
